What stone processing scenarios are stone ultra-high-speed wire saw cutting machines mainly suitable for?

They are mainly suitable for the deep processing scenarios of large brittle and hard stones, such as the precise cutting of large marble blocks and stone roughs (especially high-value roughs) in the architectural decoration field, as well as high-end stone processing needs that require precise control of cutting gaps and reduction of material loss. They can also be used for the initial forming and cutting of stone crafts.

It can increase the yield rate by 10-30% compared with traditional production.

It has high production efficiency, producing three truckloads of materials every two days and 10,000-12,000 square meters per month (depending on the size and type of stone).

Example: Based on a stone rough with dimensions of 3m (length) × 2m (width) × 2m (height) = 12 cubic meters, the wire saw can produce 500 square meters of finished products, the frame saw can produce 510.6 square meters, and another type of frame saw can produce 645.2 square meters.

We have the single-side single guide wheel technology, which achieves precise and stable tension control while reducing cutting costs. Only 2 guide wheels are needed to cut 6 truckloads of materials, while competitors need to replace more than 6-8 guide wheels to cut 2-3 truckloads of materials.

Our rollers and wire take-up and pay-off wheels are all made of aviation aluminum alloy.

We adopt the lifting-type cutting method, which ensures high cutting efficiency and good flatness.

For cutting gray stones (such as Volakas Grey, Fatty Grey, and Hermès Grey), the wire consumption is approximately 7 meters per square meter. For cutting White Jade Orchid Marble, the wire consumption is approximately 14 meters per square meter.

Pre-sales: Testing the cutting application process of different stone varieties, organizing visits to the production situation of stone factories, and providing infrastructure suggestions.

In-sales: On-site installation, on-site training for production personnel, and assistance in connecting with cutting contractors.

After-sales: There is an after-sales team in Afyon, Turkey, and free remote upgrade services are provided.
